We only need 3 things from you - * Incredible credentials gained from time spent in the industry (particularly manned guarding) and renowned as an impressive security ops professional * Vigour, vitality and values - and yes of course, hold an SIA licence * Multiple management ability of all things manageable - multiple contracts; people; staff rotas; recruitment and more. It goes without saying that flexibility on the individuals` part, to meet the needs of our business will be required. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * ?Direct Management of multiple sites across the Region * ?Overseeing all aspects of service delivery * ?Conduct regular client and site meetings, to ensure their needs are met and you are providing best in class service whilst constantly stretching KPI targets to improve the service offerings and delivery * ?Risk Assessments & Assignment Instructions * ?Service recommendations and liaison with the security provider (your employer to ensure security is being delivered at "best in practice" standard * ?Health and safety * ?Conduct regular meetings with Security Officers on sites * ?Conduct training of security staff where required and to recruit additional team members as required * ?Ensure targets are being met regards service delivery * ?Work closely with clients to improve the delivery of security * ?Ensure correct staffing levels using the rostering system in place * ?To ensure corporate aims (of both end client and security provider) are put into practice throughout your site by tailoring to the clients requirements * ?To compile monthly reports for all contracts and work closely with the Operations Director * ?Motivate your team with a view to developing individuals through the business who are recognised as future supervisors / managers of the business, leading from the front and ensuring a best in class service to client via a fully functioning operational team ESSENTIAL QUALITIES: * ?Experience within Manned Guarding Security * ?Evidence of consistently motivating and managing teams * ?Proven client relationship and operational management of key accounts essential * ?Risk assessment / Health and Safety * ?Highly developed interpersonal and man-management skills * ?Self-motivated / hands on and a leader who drives the site and service forward from the front * ?Good IT and Literacy skills About You: * Applicants must have the right to work in the UK How to apply If you are interested to join a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply!
