You'll play a key role in processing orders, providing pre- and post-sales support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Process high volumes of sales orders through the automated system.
- Manage inbound enquiries, offering pre- and post-sales support via phone and email.
- Organise deliveries from the extensive network of suppliers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement sales techniques to improve team performance.
- Assist in setting and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
