We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Salary: £32,500 - £35,000 per annum Contracted hours: 37.5 hours per week Working Hours: 9am - 5pm Key Responsibilities of the Role: - Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters. - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Handle casework, including investigations, disciplinaries, appeals, occupational health, absences management, and performance management. - Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. - Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries. - Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and developments. Preferred Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures. - Proficient in data entry and record keeping. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
