The Role: You will be working with our Crawley office, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess key competencies that meet our clients' specifications. It will also be your responsibility to develop and nurture exceptional relationships with clients to bring on new business. - Attending clients' meetings, acting as a Pertemps brand ambassador, and providing a consultative approach. - Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of permanent vacancies. - Understanding candidates career aspirations and building relationships. - Advertising roles and also pro-actively searching for candidates via job boards and social media channels. - Carrying out competency-based virtual interviews. - Bringing on new clients and nurturing and maintaining existing client relationships What we are looking for...
