Role Overview We are currently recruiting for?Relief Security Officer ?to join our passionate and driven team based at our client`s site in within the Bristol region. You will undertake duties including greeting of visitors and staff. Issuing visitor and staff passes, queue management , pre-booking visitor notifications and working alongside the security team. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and control access to the premises through the gatehouse. * Conduct thorough security checks on individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the site. * Ensure the safety and security of the premises during the assigned shifts. * Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies. * Ensuring all visitors are signed in as per site security requirements. * To ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of customer service. * To promote and uphold the principles of security in accordance with the policies and directive. * Monitor CCTV * Have communication via phone and email with tenants and the client. * To maintain logs of messages and arrival of visitors. * To adhere to the company`s dress code and wear correct uniform. * To fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company`s health and safety policy and health and safety management plans. * To comply with the company`s policies, management plans and procedures.
